The Achnamara Rowing Club meets on a regular basis to row the Daisy Bell. She is a St Ayles skiff and was built by village volunteers between 2018 and 2022. See the Achnamara Skiff Story.
Rowing sessions are regularly held to introduce people to rowing the skiff and to learn the various skills needed for rowing and coxing. The boat needs four rowers and a cox.
During the summer rowing sessions are held on Tuesday evenings from 6pm. In the winter rowing sessions are held on Sunday, subject to weather.
There are a limited number of places in the boat. If you are interested in rowing or for more information please contact Carlo Farnocchi.
